This purchase does not confer the right of ownership or control of the templates and you agree not to allow use by others, or to sell, rent, licence, give, trade or transfer any of the templates, or to make copies or facsimiles thereof without the prior written consent of the Copyright owner of the templates and that any misuse of any of the templates may result in damages, liability or loss of revenue for which you may be liable.
That the templates contained herein are designed to be changed or amended by the authorized user and that Simon A. Bull & Associates, its heirs, and/or assignees cannot be held liable or responsible in any manner for any changes however made to the templates or for any information contained therein.
In the event that changes are requested and made or recommended to the templates by Simon A. Bull & Associates, it’s employees, heirs and/or assignees under the tune-up program, or a program offered under any other name, you assume full personal and legal responsibility for all changes made and for all information contained in the template including, but not limited to, any errors and omissions contained therein.
You further agree that you will protect Simon A. Bull & Associates, its employees, contractors, associates, heirs and/or assignees from any liability arising from the use of any of the templates and that the above statements will be interpreted according to the laws of the Province of Ontario.
