Our client is a well established Tier 1 automotive parts supplier and the requirement is for an administrative assistant to support the quality group.


Responsibilities: (not limited to)


Accountable for timelines and accuracy of metrics and reports on Customer issues by Customer, such as returns, warranties, PPM, non-conformances, internal PPSR and meetings.

Accountable for logging and tracking all liaison hours and invoices forwarding to the appropriate Q.E. and accounting.

Accountable for organizing internal PPSR meeting and keeping logs on resolution.

Accountable under direction of the Q.E. to authorize Customer returns or boundary sample and authorize freight etc. to appropriate plant location.

Accountable for updating internal lessons learned databases for Corrective action, APQP or Suppliers under direction of the responsible Engineer.

Accountable for maintenance, accuracy and completeness of customer concerns and complaint records.

Accountable for attending CARE meetings and issuing reports in a timely manner.

Issue all Quality alerts as they are requested. Save, log and email all Quality Alerts.

Weekly and Monthly Customer Scorecard: Update the Weekly Monthly Scorecard

Sorting cost email from TJ Auto (saved and emailed)

 Knowledge Base (not limited to)

                  

Community or Business College graduate or equivalent level of experience.

Three years work experience in an engineering or manufacturing office environment

Excellent communication skillls

Ability to work with computer programs e.g. Windows, Excel, PowerPoint etc..
